We'll celebrate the opening of our 2024/25 season with a concert by the Sylvan Trio, presenting works by Bach, Beach, Martinu, Clara Schumann and others. Composer Rick Sowash describes the Trio's playing as "beautiful, warm, sprightly and supremely confident. In short, they play like angels."

The Quintet will offer a varied program ranging from Baroque to contemporary, including commissioned works. The Times of London described their playing as having “a range of color and sound that was astonishingly rich and varied.”

The Catalyst Quartet, hailed by the New York Times at its Carnegie Hall debut as “invariably energetic and finely burnished … playing with earthy vigor,” will present a program of works by D’Rivera, Piazzolla, Gershwin, and Perkinson.
